The Case Lookup tab in WV E-File requires individual entry of each element of a case ID.  Details for each field within the Case Lookup tab is provided below.

Case Lookup tab:

1. Select County
2. Select Standard or Non-Standard Case Type
   • Non-Standard Examples: J, CR-AP, MAP, PCR, P-CR, FM
3. Select Case Type
4. Select Year
5. Type Case Number (Sequential number)
   • Example: 124
6. Click Next button
