The attorney must be registered for WV E-File to receive notifications. If you are filing into a mandated case type the opposing counsel will be required to register for efile.

If you are filing into an elective electronic filed case type you may need to still do first class mail for certificates of service. The "case summary" tab shows parties notified electronically and parties notified by mail. We ask that you use the case summary tab to complete your certificate of service when filing documents that require a COS.
