The following items will be available Tuesday, June 15, 2021 at approximately 8:00PM.

1.      E-File [New Filing]: Proposed Order – Motion (Pdf)

Menu Option:  Proposed Orders à Proposed Order – Motion (Pdf)

Purpose: To enable attorneys to e-file a signed (autographically or typographically signed) Order on a pending e-filed motion.

2.      E-File [New Filing]: Proposed Order – Case (Pdf)

Menu Option:  Proposed Orders à Proposed Order – Case (Pdf)

Purpose: To enable attorneys to e-file a signed (autographically or typographically signed) Order that does NOT relate to a pending e-filed motion.

3.      E-File [Update]: Criminal Charge Counts limit has been increased from 99 to 999 per entry.

Tip:  To enter more than 999 counts, click the Add button again and enter the additional counts.

Steps to enter more than 999 counts of a single criminal charge:

Step 1.  Click Add button

Step 2.  Select Criminal Charge

Step 3.  Enter 999 in Counts field

Step 4.  Click OK

Step 5.  Click Add button

Step 6.  Select Criminal Charge

Step 7.  Enter additional Counts for the previously entered charge code

Step 8.  Click OK button

4.      E-File: [Update] Deleted Parties excluded from Parties Represented tab of Notice of Appearance filing.

5.      E-File: [Update] Affidavit upload is optional for Suggestion of Personal Property filing.

6.      E-File [Update]: Subpoena Party tab moved in front of Subpoena New Witness tab to eliminate the duplication of witness parties on cases.
