Steps to change password in WV E-File:

1. Navigate to https://efile.courtswva.com/Default.aspx via web browser
   
2. Enter User ID (email address used to register for E-File)
3. Enter Password 
4. Click Login button
5. Select Account tab
6. Select Change Password
7. Create New Password
8. Retype New Password
9. Click Change button
