1. Lawyers who are members of the West Virginia State Bar register for an "Attorney" user type account.
2. Out-of-state lawyers admitted pro hac vice register register for a "Pro Hac Vice" user type account. 
3. Government accounts (Prosecuting Attorney's Offices and Probation Offices) are registered as "Government" user type accounts.
4. Staff for lawyers and government offices register for an "Other" user type account, but will not be permitted to e-file without permission from a registered Attorney, Pro Hac Vice, or Government account within the WV E-File system. *See also FAQ - Act on Behalf of Attorney
