1. E-File [Update]: Service Options have been aptly renamed from "Plaintiff..." to "Filer..."

2.   E-File [Update]: Subpoena document updated to include the filer selected Service Type.

3.   E-File: Subpoena filing updates:

·         [Update]: Notes field character limit increased from 300 to 1,000.

Subpoena Appearance tab

·         [New Field]: Trial Date range

·         [Update]: Address Line 2 no longer required

Subpoena Production/Inspection of Items tab

·         [Update]: Items field character limit increased from 200 to 1,000

·         [Update]: Address Line 2 no longer required

·         [New Field]: Deadline Date

·         [New Field]: Deliver Items To

·         [New Option]: Checkbox to indicate I will upload a Production/Inspection of Items document.

Important: Items field must be completed OR checkbox must be checked to continue.

Tip: Note “See attached Production/Inspection of Items document.” included on Subpoena if checkbox is checked

4.    E-File [Update]: Co-Counsel (Government filers, Attorneys, & Pro Hac Vice) registered for WV E-File and added via Add Attorneys button in the initial case filing process now receives an electronic courtesy copy of initial case filing documentation, via email.

Note: Previously, only the filer (government filer/attorney/pro hac vice) received an electronic copy of initial case filing documentation.

5.    E-File [Update]: Rtf Order Editor Order Header no longer includes parenthesis.

6.    E-File [Update]: Rtf Order Editor Order Header now lists Assigned Judge under Case Number.

7.    E-File [Update]: Rtf Order Editor Order Header replaced “vs.” with “v.” in case style.

8.  E-File [New]: Editable Court-Approved PDF Order Templates are now available via the Templates button in the Order Editor for the following filing types:

Steps to access PDF Order templates from Order Editor tab in Proposed/Prepared Order filing:

1. Click Templates button
2. Click arrow to open State Templates filing cabinet
3. Select PDF Orders folder
4. Select Order
5. Click Open button
