The following items will be available Tuesday, October 29, 2019 at approximately 8:00PM for the WV E-File application.

1.      E-File: Duplicate JA case filing option in the New Juvenile à Other filing listing has been removed.  File all JA cases via Complaints à New Case à New Juvenile à Abuse/Neglect.

2.      E-File:  Security Updates:

·         Account Lockout occurs upon 3 consecutive failed login attempts.  Automatic unlock occurs 30 minutes after account lockout.

·         Usernames & Passwords can no longer be stored in the browser.
