Yes, this works in the same way it works with documents and case style now. Only those entities who are allowed to access a case style or document through paper filings will be allowed to access the electronically filed cases and documents.

If you need to file a document under seal please use the same procedures under paper filings, either drop them off or mail them under seal to the Circuit Clerks office. The clerk will then file them sealed into the system.
