Purpose: To clearly distinguish Miscellaneous Petition cases regarding Civil matters from Criminal matters.

Purpose: Petitions that are ancillary to criminal proceedings bound over from magistrate court, including:

- Home Confinement as condition of bail
- Revocation of Home Confinement
- Search Warrant/Wiretap
- Application for Outside Witness
- Application for Ex Parte Orders
- Grand Jury Investigations/Proceedings
Note: Bond Reductions and Extradition/FFJ have a dedicated “Complaint Type” filing option.
4. E-File [Correction]: “Jury Trial” checkbox properly re-named “Jury Trial Requested” checkbox
5. E-File [Bug Fix]: Payment Finalization no longer redirects user to log-on page.
6. E-File [Bug Fix]: Inappropriate Confidential Warning message has been removed from “Parties Represented” tab in the Answer, Amended Petition, and Amended Complaint.
